Returns/Refunds
Refund policy
We accept returns on all un-worn, unopened, sealed extension packs within 30 days of purchase. Send back merchandise using our prepaid return label. Please reach out via our contact form to initiate a return.
- Submit a Contact Form with your order number
- We will send you a PRE-PAID label to return the hair
- Print the label and ship it back
- We will inspect the hair once we receive it
*Upon us receiving the hair we will do an inspection
**If the hair is worn, opened, cut, has an odor, past return date, chemically altered or any damage at all we will return the hair back to you without any refund.
NOTICE: We do charge a 15% restock fee for any package that has been opened.
